Expert: Dr. Jenipher Ober-Oluoch from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and the University of Rwanda, Kigali

Introduction:
Dr. @Jenipher Ober-Oluoch is a Paediatric Dentist and Public Health Practitioner currently serving as a Research Contractor at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. She is also retained as a Visiting Lecturer at the School of Dentistry, College of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Rwanda in Kigali, where she previously served as a Senior Lecturer and Departmental Lead for Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics from 2021 to 2024. Dr. Ober-Oluoch has held leadership roles including Regional Councillor for the IADR Pediatric Oral Health Research Group (POHR) in the Africa/Middle East Region (AMER) and Country Councillor for Kenya in the IADR East and Southern Africa Division (ESAD). Her research interests focus on advancing equity in oral healthcare delivery, particularly for underserved populations and children with special health care needs.
